Omolara Adesokan is a Chartered Engineer and an award-winning industry leader recognized for her over two decades of contributions to engineering project delivery, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
Her track record includes leadership roles in the design and execution of multi-billion-dollar oil and gas developments.
Throughout her career, she has delivered top-quartile performance, saved organizations hundreds of millions in capital efficiency, and driven digital transformation through innovative cost and performance tools.
Lara holds an Executive MBA from Rice University, USA, an MSc in Well Design and Engineering, and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from leading UK institutions. Recognized among the Poets & Quants Best & Brightest Executive MBAs 2023, she is passionate about developing people, driving inclusion, and leading organizations to excellence.
